Congratulations to Ben Ennis, a 5th grade student at Merriam Cherry Street Elementary School, who was named the December STEM Origins Foundation Student of the Month. Nominated by his teacher Laura Murrell, Ben is known for his passion, curiosity, and leadership in learning.
Ben's love for science shone during Science Day, where he dressed as a Mad Scientist and shared the fun with classmates. A hard-working, thoughtful learner and natural leader, Ben asks meaningful questions, supports his peers, and helps lead experiment stations with patience and enthusiasm. He truely exemplifies the core values of STEM Origins.
